Street Accidents

I do love watching racing before. I was even with my friends and riding with them when they do the racing. It was fun just like I was flying. Last year I was with my family. The fun of being in the street all vanished when we hit the motorcycle. It flew away for how many meters. Lucky to us the driver was not hurt that much. From then on I started to be scared of driving so fast. What about you? did you experience that kind of incident? or did that happen and you see it?

It didn't happen to me but I saw my whole family hit by a super fast taxi. It was father day and we were on our way fishing to celebrate father's day. My mother, father, 2 bother's and 2 sisters were in another car, I was with my other sister and her family on another car when we saw a fast taxi coming my sister's husband who was driving our car hit the break and let the taxi go on ahead of us. My sister driving the other car turned left for that was our way to the site we are going, the taxi didn't saw that they tried to go left and hit the break already too late for he was already hitting the back of my family's car. Driving too fast really doesn't end well especially with so many reckless drivers around.

It was good that the driver wasn't hurt badly. No, I haven't experienced something like what you experienced but yeah there are a lot of incidents like that. Accidents happen everyday that's why as much as possible, we always have to be careful in driving.

Hi, There is an age for everything. Maturity takes time to come and when it does we feel the futility of it all. Racing is good but at the right place between the right people and at the right time. One cannot mix things up by taking to racing on busy public streets, zipping across lanes. If you do survive it is not due to skill but pure luck. Just think when zipping through you are in good control of your vehicle but are you sure the other drivers are or their vehicles are geared up to sudden brakes and are they anticipating what you are about to do. On racing tracks all drivers are in the same frame of mind, all vehicles are practically of similar caliber and the roads are bereft of amateurs and are built for racing. Being involved, or watching and accident happening is not a pretty sight at any time, anywhere. It is good you have changed for the better and hope you would influence your friends too. God bless.

I hate any racer on the normal streets...they makes me freak out when i am driving a motor bike on the street and it is easy to get an accident. I see many accidents a day in here because of driving too fast. That's why i drive so slow, my friends often ask me go faster but i don't...i really don't want to drive fast when it is always crowd on the street as in here. It is nice when you are scary to drive so fast now, it is a good way to save your life and another person's life.

I never yet see an actual motorcycle accidents and hoping not to see eve.Motorcycle accidents is really rising due to irresponsible and hot temper drivers. But there is an accidents happened to my brother years before that involve a motorcycle. My brother was just walking in the side walks when a motorcycle hit him.He was on his way to school that time.Thanked God that it was just minor injuries and bruises and just stayed in the hospital for two days.

I like to watching car and bike races, but i didn't involve myself in that. During my first year of my college life, i used to go outside for plying crickets in every weekend. One day i was returning home with my friend. He is talking with guys and he didn't notice that the bike is moving away from path. He suddenly notice and he couldn't able to control his bike. then bike slipped and we both fell down. I was injured more than him. From that day itself i don't ride my bike fast.

Street accidents are certainly awful to see and experience! I actually LOVE watching street racing and stuff, it seems to be really interesting and fun to watch. But apart from enjoyment, health and safety matters the most. I haven't actually experienced such kind of thing in front of my eyes but I have watched those accidents on television many times that have taken place in the area I live in. Watching such kind of incidents on television itself gives me Goosebumps! I wonder what will happen if I get to experience it right in front of me. I hope I don't get to experience such awful things! Well, we all should keep in mind to be careful while driving ! :)

preciousjayje welcome to mylot. I do like watching races shown in TV. I do not drive fast for the fear of accidents. Still when we travel in train, plane or bus or car we are at the mercy of driver. I always pray that all that happens should be for good and go with a positive hope. Yesterday also I read about train accident and road accidents. Accidents happen when two people commit mistake or when one person loses control and dashes against stationary vehicle or tree or bridge etc. Safe driving is advisable in all aspects of our life.
