What is the meaning of life for you?

the meaning of life for me? I would have to say my children.. My children mean so much to me. They make me laugh and keep me happy. they are always doing wonderful things for me. When I am sad they make me happy or they will always say mom do you need a hug. They are the best children in the world. I am glad they are in my live. With out my children in my life who knows where I would be.

Life is the most important thing that God gave to us. It is the one we always cherish when we wake up in the morning and everyday. Life will never be last forever because there are times that we need to give back to the one who gave us the life to live here on earth. Life is like a candle, when the candle is lighten up it is the start of our life here on the earth and when the candle is totally melted it means that we already done all the things that we haven't tried when we were young and adult.

Well, if you look at it from the creationist point of view, our lives are nothing more that "chances" to serve God, so that we can spend the afterlife, which is an eternity, in heaven. So, it's like working 1day/mo. If you work hard, you'll have enough money to feed yourself for the rest of the month. If not, you'll be expriencing the agony of starvation. If you're an atheist, you're worthless. From the evolutionist point of view, however, we're here just to have offsprings so we can assure the perpetuation of our species. So, those who have no babies are worthless. From my point of view, life is nothing. It has absolutelly no meaning at all, and i never got to see the point of my existance. We are born, we live, we die. There's nothing more to it. Do you know your grand-grand-grand-grand-grandfather's name? ...Didn't thought so. Point proven. :)

I try not to think of such philosophical questions because if you are stuck at these questions you would most probably never find the actual meaning of life. Life is too short and you should try to get the most of it. Have fun, do the things you love and when you get older, you will come back to the memories of all good things you have done in your life and you will know that all was meaningful.

to me life means to full fill our destiny of why we are born in this world.. Cheers!

The meaning of life may vary from every person. For me life is like a road, as you go along you may encounter different humps or rocky road which we resemble as our trials in life. We are being put to test in making wise decision. Life may seem to difficult, full of stress, there were times that giving up is the only option but we must remember that God won't let us have that problem if we don't know how to handle it.At times, life also have happy moments!

There are many aspects to make up the meaning of my life. In home life, I hope I can get married and get three or four children, and in my life, I can have the chance to take care of my grandchildren. In career, I hope I can have my career and a shop by my own. In spare time, I hope I can learn how to paint and have the chance to visit more than 50 countries before the grave.

Life is exactly like water! We are originated from a few drops of it.. (from sperms); It has no clolour but you can make it colourful by doing great deeds and it flows across the river having tides (our joys & pains)... wat else is life??

Life for me is a certain matter where I am tested so long as I am in it. I sometimes think of it as like a game that whenever I am online, I always face certain challenges and in order to get a good ending, I have to solve these challenges. Of course it can't be helped if I accidentally die there or lose--but I think you got the big picture. If I lose, I can try again as long as I still have life. If I win, I get rewards. In order to solve a problem, I have to think and act--not react. So long as the game is on, there will always be challenges, and it's up to me as a player what to do. The meaning of life to me means...trying to do what is right to see God and being a mom to my kids.

I think the meaning of life is forgiveness. There is pain and hurt from people, but it sets you free to forgive. You are only hurting yourself when you hold grudges.

I've been asking this question also this past few days. Sometimes i'm feeling depress because of this. Right now, the only answer I can think about is just doing the best you can at the present moment. Enjoy life.
