LOL. Why would you want to do that? Bulking up isn't as easy as everyone thinks. Some people have a fast metabolism, and will never be able to get heavier.

There are some people who can't even add muscle mass to their body. Look at the skinniest woman in the world. She takes in a 5000 calorie a day diet and still can't get over a hundred pounds.

First you will need to find a way to reduce your metabolism. Without that you can reduce you're activities and eat all the fat filled food that you can stomach, but it will not get your anywhere. That high speed metabolism of yours is burning calories every time you blink. Good luck.

I am 27 years old and like you I wanted to be fat.My doctor told me that I do not get fat because of stress and too much thinking. I am a working student and aside from that, I stand as a bread winner in the family. I think about about my job, about my studies, about the expenses in the house, and about problems. I agree with my doctor, "stress" is the cause why I cannot eat much. This summer, I did not enroll myself in the University as I want to take a break. I gained a little weight. Some people that my body is better now compared with before. I think it is because I think less and have more time to eat and to enjoy my time with my beloved.

Hold on! please don't aspire to be fat... If you are fat, your heart will exert much effort for the circulation of your blood.

I think, you need to consult a doctor first, to have you evaluated and appropriately assessed. Doctors or a dietician can really help you formulate the proper food to eat and what are those which can be set aside. Things to do or not to do will be likewise formulated. By way of assessing you, they may know, whatever deficiencies you have or what medical conditions you may have that hampers your goal. For example - hormonal issues like hypothyroidism which may cause youre complaint of not gaining any pounds or other medical things. Please consult a medical practitioner as soon as you have the chance. Good luck.

I'm not sure why you would even want to get fat, because being large is not something that is good for your body and it will mean that you have a lot of health problems in the long term. If you think that you need to gain weight, the best thing would to be eat plenty of foods that you enjoy, and also start lifting weights at the same time, as it is this that it going to make the difference with regards to whether you weigh more. You should try to make the weight that you gain healthy for example muscle rather than just eating a lot to gain fat.

I doubt you actually want to "get fat". I bet you just want to gain weight and look less skinny. If you're like me, you probably have more trouble gaining weight than most people have losing it. First of all, eating junk and being inactive are unhealthy habits that will come back to bite you, even if they never add padding to your sides. You can be thin and have a heart attack at 30. The best way for you to gain weight is to build muscle mass by weight training and eating lots of healthy protein and mineral-rich food.

Try to talk with your doctor first and ask them why you are not gaining weight even if you stuff yourself with food or don't do any activities at all since it could be that your metabolism is very fast. You can also check with a nutritionist what food you can eat to gain some weight but will not do any harm to your body. Its better to eat lean and healthy than eat fast food.

I think it is just your body. When I was a teenager until 29 years old, I really wanted to gain weight coz I am tall and look so skinny. I tried eating a lot like fatty foods and lots of carbohydrates and still nothing happened, and I was still looked so skinny. And now that I am 30, I started gaining weight even how I eat less.. lol and now, I am trying to control it now and do some exercise coz I don't wanna be fat and I can tell that I kept gaining weight now.. hhehehe

There are 3 type of person from the metabolism and you are the type that has high metabolism...
you are so lucky while anyone wanna be lean and it's hard to gain it...
For futher information about that 3 types you can find it at "burn the fat feed the muscle...
Maybe you should try some exercise and than eat right after you do it...
My friend told me that his friend cannot gain mass but after he went to gym he ate alot after fitness and gaining more mass...

There are some really good diets out there that can help you, there is the milk diet that is really good that is to half about 6 pints of full fat milk a day which will increase your calorie intake and help you bulk up. Its safe as well, we give babies milk to grow so we know its safe.
