Is it time to start buying GFacebook stock?

I saw Facebook's stock has dropped below $30 and I thought the stock would go as low as the low $20 range but the news coverage is starting to die down, and it appears the legal issues are going to be handled. Is it time to start buying? What would be your reasons to start buying or wait for the stock to go lower?

For me, I don't think FB is worth more than $20, if you are going to buy, you should probably try to stock up when it's below $20, or even $15, some analyst even think that the true value of FB is probably at $13.8. However, it's of course not the same case if FB really going to buy a stake in Nokia. But, we never know how's the case going to work out. I think it will continue to go down at the moment, because the firm has no real value temporarily.
