I've heard several people telling me that they are not eating supper because it is not good to health specially when it is very late. They will just drink juice or milk or hot tea before going to bed. Well, I am not sure if this is a healthy life style too, when you don't eat supper. What do you think? are you not eating supper too. Just curious..

I've always heard that its not good or healthy for you to skip meals, I always try not to do that. I'm eating my supper, but I make sure we have it early in the evening, my doctor told me not to eat after 7pm, I have problems with acid reflux and if I eat late I'm hurting by the time I go bed. We try to eat at least by 6 in the evenings. If your a healthy person I guess you could get away with just having juice or milk or tea for supper, I just think you need to eat some kind of supper, not skip it.

I am trying to lose weight at the moment, and one of the things that I am having to be careful about is eating late at night. I have found that when I do this, I eat too many calories and this can mean that I don't manage to lose the weight. If I make sure that I don't have anything to eat after my dinner then I find that I am able to slim down much more effectively, so that can only be a good thing. It is nothing to do with the time of day that you're eating though, if you ate a certain amount of food in the morning it would have exactly the same effect on your weight as it would if you ate it last thing at night.

I agree with you missy, dinner is the most awaited meal of the day by most people specially those who are working so hard during the day. They skip breakfast because they are in a hurry but at night time, they are relax, no more hurrying so they can eat with comfort.

I am a professional in the area of health and i know a thing or two about diets. The problem is not eating, the problem is what you eat. nutritionists recommend eating something very light before sleeping, preferebley in liquid form like a vitamin milkshake with milk and fruits. nother nice thing to eat is whole bread, something you can find a lot here in Brasil!
