good day everyone, every girl wants to be sexy, but in every places you will go there s a lot of yummy dishes or food you will see. so' how can you manage to lose weight when foods are everywhere..
its really give me stress when i see foods around me. but i really want to loose weigth. then when the time your do exercising. diet, and etc. there its comes the occasions and celebrations happen.. so how can you manage its ryt?!
this is my 1st discussion so hope you guys.. response here.. and here where will i start having new friends.. happy mylotting guys!!! thanks!

This happens to me all the time because I LOVE FOOD! I'm on the plump side as well and I've tried everything for me to loose weight. Right now I'm trying harder since I've packed on the pounds when I got sick last year and up until now I'm on medication. Anyway what I'm doing right now is trying to avoid unhealthy food also my hubby is very strict on the portion of what I eat. I'm losing a few pounds here and there I just need to control how much I consume everyday since I can't go on a hunger strike just to lose weight.

Loosing weight also needs determination. You should stay focus on what shape you really want to get into. My friends here at work and in our area are also feeling the same pressure that you're experiencing now but hey; what's good about loosing weight is you can get a lot of discipline that you needed for getting your goal.

Losing weight is not a bad thing because less weight will make us feel very light.

A lot of what we eat is to relieve anxiety. And dieting makes us more anxious. So it seems that there should be another way. I put on 20 pounds when I quit smoking. I traded ciggies for hard candy. The best way I have found to lose weight little by little is to have some broth on hand. Every time I want to put something in my mough, I´ll have a mug of nice broth on hand. In Summer, I change that for gazpacho (chech out recipe at search engine). We need food around, so be have to select as much as possible what kind of food we have around us.. Welcome to mylot!!!

First, i wonder are you fat or not? do you really need to loose weight?
I really don't know why many women are not happy with their body and want to loose wight only. I want to increase my weight...and i have no plan to take diet also. Food is my favorite and i can't stop myself to eat lesser...

Even fat girls can be sexy so do not worry about reducing weight. What is most important is to be healthy and flexible.To achieve this we need to do atleast 30 minutes of excercise and eat food in small quantity.

First of all, welcome to mylot.Then we can come to discussion.Yeah this is a problem for most of the human.We have to do something but our situation or surrounding won't allow the things to happen.You will succeed in your way only if you put your intentions aside and give importance to your aim..That is applicable for all the things not only in the case of weight losing..

Stay healthy is everyone's goal these days because they don't want to be depressed and lose the opportunity to live well, I hope you will exercise and eat healthily, only oily and fast foods once a week will help you out. Another thing is cut off sodas. It makes you crave for carbs even more.

I agree with you! Refraining yourself from eating just to avoid getting fat is really hard at my case, I make sure not to tempt myself to eat foods specially those which tastes sweet because sweets can really make us fat. It is also my hobby to stay up late at night bacause they said that whenever you stay up late at night, your body burns fat.I just take a nap every lunch or dinner time to avoid myself from eating :)))

i too am struggling to stick to my diet because of these yummy dishes. i dont think its bad to have some of these dishes but what i think is important is portion control. we need a bit of everything in our diet but too much of one thing will cause changes in our weight. so you dont have to avoid them all together but just eat small portions.

I also like to eat a lot especially sweets and I've never restricted myself to it. The key is to never eat and stay up late beyond 10 pm. It is because beyond that time, our metabolism slows down. Another thing is to exercise or at least jog 30 minutes for 3-4 days a week! That way it will control your weight and have a nice figure.
