good day everyone, every girl wants to be sexy, but in every places you will go there s a lot of yummy dishes or food you will see. so' how can you manage to lose weight when foods are everywhere.. its really give me stress...

smanjunath Even fat girls can be sexy so do not worry about reducing weight. What is most important is to be healthy and flexible.To achieve this we need to do atleast 30 minutes of excercise and eat food in small quantity.
