ARe you talking about pizza my friend. The category it was under shows pizza. But on second thought, i think you meaning our meals per day. Actually, it depends on how fast one's metabolism acts. Like for teeners, they are hyper active, so they eat almost every other hour. A lot of chips and junks. But once you are older, you seem to eat lesser. That's because you are not as active as teeners anymore. Though, it also depends if you really have a big appetite.

I think the cause for obesity is eating too much fast foods that are oily and fried mostly. In addition, the teeners being inactive, like always sitting because of internet also contributes to making them obese. Thus, sometimes as early as 25 some people already have hypertension and high cholesterol.

This really depends. i do not go on routines wen i eat. i only had to have breakfast each day but my day does not feel any less when i do not have lunch or so.. but when i feel hungry i do eat what i crave and there is no actual time for me to have lunch. unlike some people who are used to eating at the same time every day.. it does not work for me though. =) when i feel hungry, i would find something to et and it does not have to be really heavy... and i would be fine just to have something on my belly... he he

I see you put this under pizza! Well I usually only eat twice a day, not three times. The exception is on road trips, then I eat many small snacks along the way. It is a good excuse to stop driving and get out of the car for a while.

I usually eat three times a day, but they say to lose weight and heighten your metabolism you should eat small meals every 3 to 4 hours. Also you have to count the calories you are eating in an entire day. I am lucky to get the three meals in though!

It depends on your metabolism how much you should eat every day. I was always told it's 3 meals a day to be healthy, but when I consulted a professional dietitian about my trouble with gaining weight they asked me some questions about my diet and activity, they explained to me that 3 meals a day is for the average person. A person with a high metabolism like myself should be getting 5 meals a day.

It has been determined that in order to lose weight, at some point you will need to eat small meals every 3-4 hours. The reasoning behind this is that it will allow a constant supply of energy to be put into your body which would then speed up your metabolism. Three meals has become a tradition, but many people don't really follow this anymore. As far as eating less, I suppose some people could get away with it, but you would make yourself feel very tired and sluggish.

A general routine is to eat three times a day. But I think that has changed now, people are eating 4 or 5 times in a single day. It doesn't matter how many times you eat but what you eat matters a lot. Always try to eat healthy foods at least once in a day.

I don't really know the reason for this routine of eating but in my case, I eat more than thrice a day! I think all of this depends upon the person and their schedules or whatsoever. No one can dictate us when to eat or feel hungry right? So, i think its up to us.
