I want to get a new camera, whats your favorite dig. cam. and why?

I am looking to buy a new digital camera. The one that I have is a bit outdated. I have been window shopping and comparing prices online. It comes down to: the cannon power shot SX 260 HS, sony cyber shot DSCWX50/B, or the panasonic DMCZS20 14.1.
Do you like any of these cameras? If you do which one and why? If you do not like any of these cameras which one would you suggest and why?

My favorite brand is Sony Cybershot. Mine's old though, but I don't replace it because it still takes good pictures. I like Sony because of its design. I'm not really a tech person so I'm not so into the specs of it. Nikon's good too, if you're particular about lenses.

Sony Cyber shot is my favorite camera. I think they are introduced some very good digital camera lately, which are less cost and also economic and has lots of good features. I think it is good to have digital camera of one's own.
