bwilliamsfc It can be normal especially if your body is not used to the liquid intake. If it persists it could be lack of vitamins on top of the dehydration. I drink about 7-8 glasses of water a day. I do make a conscious effort to drink more water because like you I want...

bwilliamsfc I was not blessed with the gene of patience either. I can be patient if it is necessary but I hate doing it. I do not like traffic or lines. If I can avoid them somehow then I do.
