I never have smoked when I am at home or around my daughter. I smoked at work or when I was in the car on my way somewhere alone or at an event. I got laid off a few months back so I have not had the social pressure or stress of work to drive my urge. So I am afraid that when I go back to work I will break down and start smoking again. I have been doing good though, it has been two months since I quit. I want to keep it that way. Have you quit smoking in the past. If so how did you quit smoking and not pick it up again? I really want to do this. I want to be healthy enough to be around when my daughter grows up and has kids of her own.
