Does anyone know? I started on making some decoratives. Do I have to open a store on Ebay? A friend advised me to start selling a few just to see how it goes because of the store expenses. But is it mandatory?

I don't think I understand your question, KOSTAS499. Why would you have to open an Ebay store just because you are making some decoratives?
Do you want to sell these decoratives and you may think that this would be a way to market your product? Even so, you don't have to do it through ebay. There are other ways to market your items. Ebay may be a possibility, though.
But there are other options for selling the decoratives.
Or, perhaps you just enjoy making the decoratives and have no desire at all to sell them. Good for you!

I just realised it is confusing. What I mean is, I already have an account on Ebay selling collectibles. Now I started making some decoratives which I intent to sell. I want to try selling them on Ebay. I have thought of other solutions too.
Any suggestions on how to market the decoratives?

Ah, that makes more sense.
Have you tried offering your decoratives on consignment to local merchants?

Not actually, you may even sell few items without opening a complete store.
selling items directly is free, but opening a store will cost u some fees.
try and sell few items first before u actually open the store
