I think I really need to go see a massage therapist. My whole back has been killing. My husband doesn't do back massages very well. If he does it it's only for a few minutes. I think I would feel so much better if I went. I have never been to places like that but I'm sure that I would enjoy it.

I haven't tried going to a spa. But I have had massage before. But it was just at home. I never visited any spa centers or anything like it. I sure want to try that someday, of course. The feeling of the warmth of the pressure massging you feels relaxing and soothing...

I'm sure that it will be worth it. Especially when we don't go often. I'm that I will be able to save up for it. I'm not sure exactly how much it's going to cost but I'm sure that it will be up there.

Yeah I agree with you. Relaxing is definitely something that we need to make time for. We don't all get the relaxation we need because there are so many things that need done. I hope that I will be able to save and earn and be able to make more time to relax. We are in the process of moving right now. So hopefully when I'm able to get my savings up again I will feel more free to relax.

I hope you do go. I see one that is trained in medical massages. She'd wonderful. I could never afford to pay for it myself, but this is a lady from my church. I have so many migraines. She has been after me for years to come see her. But I felt bad having her do it for free. One time I came over to see her when I had a migraine and she was able to get rid of it with a 2 hour massage. About six months later she tried to get rid of another one of my migraines and she couldn't do anything for it. She tried, but it didn't work. However, about a year ago she managed to convince me to come see her regularly. I had a car accident years ago that damaged my neck and back pretty badly. What she has done for me is incredible. If you can find a way, I urge you to see a massage therapist. I see no chance that you would regret it. I'm annoyed with myself that it took me so long to take her up on her offer. (Although she doesn't charge me, my dad has been doing stuff for her family for years, so it works out okay.)

I'm glad that she has been able to help you. You have been suffering from migraines for some time. Migraines are so awful. And they can last for days. They really do distrupt everything. I know that when I have one I can't do anything but lay down. It is nice that she does it for free and that your father helps her family.

Hello! Body massage is very great much more if you are not feeling well. For us here in my country, we use body massage as our therapy in cough and cold. In my experience, believe me or not, if i have cough or cold, only a body massage can heal me, then take vitamin C or lemon that's all. I myself fund of body massage, i will take it twice a month, just for relax. Trust me doing body massage can relieve your bad feelings and pains. It's just so lucky here in our country that body massage is not expensive. So i can easy have it every twice a month. Very relaxing.

I'm glad that you use body massages to help you recover when you are sick. I'm sure that it helps a great deal. As massages have many benefits. I'm also glad to hear that it doesn't cost that much where you live. That helps a great deal.

I make sure that I have a good massage at least once a month. Not only it relieves me of stress, but having a massage improves bloodflow. I had experienced extreme back pain. It was good that we were in a hotel and it was offering massage. My back pain was relieved. I'm sure yours too.

Thanks. I too hope that when I go I will feel so much better. Perhaps when I go I will enjoy it so much that I will realize how good it is for me to go. As my back has been bothering me for some time.

Yes I go to spa and seek for a massage therapist when my back is aching. I am more comfortable in massage therapist in the spa than to others because they know where and how to handle my pain since I am their regular customer. Since I dont have yet a child I go to spa to pamper myself and give time to relax after a very tiring weeks or month. Hope your back is ok right now. :)

I'm glad that you are able to go there regularly and relax. I'm hoping to save so that I will be able to go. Since I don't treat myself to something like this often I think that it will be ok for me to do every once in a while. Enjoy your next massage.

Yeah if we don't have the desire to do something then we don't do it. It's important for us to desire to do the things that we like. I understand not having the money to pay for those types of things. If wish that if you did have the desire to go to one of those places that your husband would let you.

I'm sure that I would sleep better after one. I'm hoping that I will be able to save up and go have one done. Since I never have been and my back has been hurting me lately I think I should go. It will be a nice pampering treat for myself.

Backache has been my problems eversince. I usually go to massage therapist once a week when I was still single. After I got married, I just let my husband do that for me to save the money. But like you've said, I am not that satisfied because it would also be for few minutes. Definitely you would enjoy it and it would be very relaxing. Make sure you don't have anything else to do after the massage. You will not be allowed to take a bath for 12 hours I believe.

I think that I would greatly enjoy it as well. I have never been so I think it would be a nice thing to do. Why are you not allowed to take a bath for 12 hours? Does it have to be with your body being to relaxed that they think you might drown?

Hi Dominique25, Yes i like to go to spa center but I dont often to go there because it is quiet expensive so I only go when my mom takes me there and she will pay for it lol, well win win solution she needs a companion and I can get a free treatment. It is nice to go to spa center especially when we are tired, it also helps us to be relaxed. Actually there are many beauty center that offered cheap price for body massage but I prefer to go to spa center who has reputable name because I know their therapist are well trained. I think you will enjoy your experience in the spa center, dont be nervous and relaxs your muscle when the therapist massages you, if you do not relaxs your muscle it may hurt you. Here if I choose massage treatment, i will get massage for 50 minutes and 10 minutes for sauna.

Yeah it's nice when we have family members who pay for things like that. That is great that you are able to get a massage for so long. I will definitely have to look into one in my area. I think that it would be something that I would enjoy immensely. It is nice that you are able to go and get a message and spend time with your mom. I think that when my daughter gets older it will be enjoyable for us to do things like that together.

That is great that your sister will give you and your family members a massage. That is really nice and it saves you all time. I hope to go to a massage therapist someday as my back has been really bothering me. And it's hard for me to massage the spot where it hurts.

I have back pain all of the time, and I have wanted to begin going to see one. I think massage is a wonderful way to release stress and help the back. I hope to try soon.

I too hope that you are able to go soon. It would be great if it didn't cost so much to go. I'm hoping that when I go I will be able to go during a time when there are discounted rates. As I'm often trying to find ways to save money.
