Gas price is gradually lower every day

I had noticed the gasoline price is lower every day from last week. I was surprisingly found that actually it is closed to summer time, and the price not really going up a bit. Now, the lowest I ever found is around $3.29 per gallon. That is a pretty good price right now. You might found it cheaper somewhere else though as I search the internet. So, would you predict the price will be still low during the summer season, or would it be bounce back high? I heard European and Chinese economy is slowing down; and we are drilling more oil domestically, from North Dakota, and Alaska. They could be the affect of lower gas price now.

There Gas price lower but in India Gas price and Petrol price both are hiking daily. Yesterday again petrol price hike 70paise. Really this horrible for middle class people because without gas and without vehicle nobody can live. If once habitual then hard to leave it.

I find that to be a smoke screen for now. I believe that they will raise it when they are finished trying to make the people believe things are getting better. They want gas to be about 10 dollars a gallon. I think that is a crime. And the price we pay now is a crime. They have plenty of gas to go around. They just like to make more and more money.

In our country, gas prices are also lowering. I hope the trend will continue as the prices of fuel are really high already and many of us here are suffering. We are very much dependent on other countries for fuel supply and for the past few years, we have always experience prices of fuel increasing from time to time. This is the reason why I am glad that as of now, I have seen some fuel price reduction.

There are a lot of things contributing to gas prices coming down in the U.S. including the fact that we are sitting on a huge store of oil that can now be extracted from shale. Oil production has been increasing for the last few years while U.S. consumption has been declining. When you have more supply than demand, the price goes down. Free markets work. It's amazing though how much the price can vary from location to location across the U.S. I was living in S. Florida and moved to Tennessee last week. I paid $3.46/gal in S. Florida and prices got lower at I made the trip north. I paid a low of $2.99/gal in S. Carolina and also got one fill-up at $3.03. Prices at my new location in E. Tennessee are around $3.14. I expect the price to come down a little more over the next few weeks, but of course I may be wrong. Never can tell what's going to happen in the future but for the time being, we have plenty of oil reserves and I don't foresee any drastic changes in the market. Eventually, they'll go back up though so enjoy it while you can.

I've noticed the same thing around here but stay tuned. Gas prices are so frustrating becuase when they start to come down they go down by a few cents every day. And maybe that lasts for a few days so that eventually they end up maybe 15 or 20 cents lower then they were. Then all of a sudden then will jusmp back up by 20 cents or even mor eand it starts all over. How come then never come down by 20 cents at a time!

We gassed up yesterday for $3.15 yesterday! I predict that gas will go back up towards the end of summer but will drop again before we hit the election. I don't know much about other states, but Georgia has a lot of variation in gas prices, even so much as a $.20 variation between cities only 10 miles apart.

Gas prices are going down because the US dollar is getting stronger. The price of Oil tied to the US Dollars, as the value of the dollar goes up the price of Oil goes down. Right now the US dollar is strong compared to other countries money.

Usually during the election years of the US, gas prices tend to go down. I think it has to do with all those politicians trying to make people happy.

Interesting. I just can't imagine that gas price would go down. I live in Bulgaria and there the gas price just go up and up and don't stop upping. There were like riots and strikes about that the gas price is just really expensive. However good to hear that somewhere the gas is cheaper.

That is a good news for everyone! In our country, we experienced a massive increase in the gasoline price due to the increase of oil price in world market for the past years. However, lately I noticed a small decrease in the price so I hope it would continue. It would be a great help for all of us.
