Well today I was @ work and we usually can review our pay check 2 weeks before it hits our accounts. I was on Paid Vacation last 2 weeks ago and that was suppose to be on my Pay. My Manager was suppose to put punch in my Vacation time when i was gone and plus it was a Holiday and she had to put that in as well.
Well yeah tell me why I looked at my check it was half then what it usually is..... HUH?? was my reaction. So I has to call Human Resources and get my Vacation punch in because my Manager who was suppose to put punch it in, wasnt in all week she is on Vacation. So now I have to get everything punch in but, then approved by someone who is New to the company..... still no news yet...
So far i have a Half of Check.... I have Been forgotten......

To know this happen I had to call HR for them to help me punch in the vaca and since the week of my vaca Monday wawa. Holiday and they said I can't punch that part in.. A manager has to.... Soo right now no news year I have to check my work email to see what's going on.

It never happened to me since most of our managers or team leads are very responsible with their work plus they know how important it is for employees to get their salary on time. That is very unbecoming of your manager and to think she was also on vacation now. Anyway good luck and hope you get paid and get the half of it.

Oh dear you have been forgotten! I was intentionally forgotten. As the highest paid in the company that i used to work at, my payment got delayed when the company is suffering from financial problems. I should give way to those who are paid less and since I'm their superior I need to sacrifice by making sure they get paid first so they won't leave the company.

-toniganzon I honestly admire great leadership I hope to have that kind of power in something I find more joy in. All I can say in your situation is wow.. That's insane.l I would be soooo upset.. You are just as important as they are.. Hearing this story makes me sad because this is going on every where.. And I work in the banking business and wow.l I see a lot of bounce checks and returns and etc. and there is fees that go along with those.. Horrible. I wish you the best of luck.l and hopefully your not beijing forgotten where ever you are now :)

I have not experienced your situation as our checks are issued in the central office. We only receive our pay checks thru the mails. There are some who maybe forgotten but it seldom happens. I had been forgotten but in another situation not similar to your experience.

My son was on 3rd year of his basketball team when they made it to the grand finals. Everyone in the team received a trophy with individual name on it, except my son... He felt pretty bad for being forgotten; especially when he thought they were really close as a team among all the players, coach, and the club itself...

@sishy, wow.. All I can really say is wow.. Because that must be a horrible feeling.. Very bad feeling.. Sometimes I believe God allow these things to show us.. The true colors of people identity. Not everyone around is with you for you or your friend. I'm learning this as I continue life.. All I can say is I work with a bunch of FAKE people and wow.. I still keep composure and professionalism but outside of work.. Don't talk to me. Haha..

Hi payout,
What I thought is that the process will take it little bit longer because as you've mentioned the one who will approve is new to the company, that will still need to be reviewed by that new employee. Though we might wish that they will still pay you.
Have a blessed day.

Yes, I've been forgotten before. I was on a trip with a family friend and she invited me to her cousin's house, so I started getting ready. When I was ready I came out to the living room only to find her bro-in-law and he realized the situation and told me, "oh, they already left!" And he hurriedly put me in his car and drove me to the cousin's house. I was so angry (I was 16 then) and I cried my head off.
