He filed for an emergency motion for him to be put under house arrest since he was sentenced for 90 days in prison due to a domestic battery filed against him.
His party said that his health and physique will not be maintained while he is in prison and may ruin his carreer.
Seriously... You are thinking about your carreer right now but not while you are beating your ex girlfriend infront of your children???
I really hate this guy especially his attitude. You know that there is no good inside this person. 90 days inside the prison shouldn't be enough for this person. Good thing his plea was denied for house arrest.

Its a shame that he has decided to follow in the footsteps of Mike Tyson. Hopefully the jail time will give him some time to reflect.

Hope he can use his boxing skills to protect his behind.... You know what happens in the prison that stays in the prison. But he might be safe cos he is a celebrity so he might get a special treatment. If he wont get special treatment, he better find a way to protect his self. Who knows he might learn some life lessons in prison and start to mature.

I was thinking it, but I didn't want to say it LOL. I imagine he will be giving many guys a shot at the title there. Maybe he should have focused on boxing Pacquiao, it probably would have kept him out of trouble.

I don't care much for Floyd Mayweather Jr's mouth and his attitude, but he is an amazing boxer. I don't wish jail on anyone, but I think it's a good thing that his plea was denied. Celebrities, athletes, and people with money often think that they are above the rules. Hopefully he learns from this and hopefully it sets an example for other athletes who engage in behaviors that they shouldn't.

Agree with pretty much every word of that. Floyd is an amazing boxer but it comes down to the old adage of "if you can't do the time don't do the crime".
Not only do I hope this sets an example to everyone else but it should set an example to Mayweather. He's a very talented boxer but I wonder what he's like as a fighter against the sort of thugs in Prison. I personally reckon that due to the fact he's a small guy anyway, they will have scared the living poop out of him. If he comes out with the mindset of "I've done wrong, I hated the punishment and I don't want to ever go back there" then it's a really big bonus.
The guy is a talent but he's also an selfish egomaniac who perhaps needed knocking down a peg or two.

He's just finding excuses to escape imprisonment. If he really cares about his career, he won't beat his ex girlfriend in the first place, only to land up in the cell. He thinks that he's rich and he's able to get his way, but no. He should take responsibility for whatever he has done, be rightly punished. Furthermore, he's a coward who only dares to take on woman, beating the hell out of them, but dare not face his opponents in the ring. Same like you, i really hate his attitude.
