You will not get fat if you drink milk and lead a lazy life. The components of milk will protect you from becoming fatty. The research workers of Switzerland recently found a component like vitamin-3 in milk. This component helps very much to get healthy body. The scientists said, the component of the vitamin is of the group of nicotinamide, ribosomes or N R which protect bulkiness. The chief researcher of Loasan Poly technique School of Switzerland Mr. Johan Orex said, these components make sugar, fat and protein as energy.

This information is garbled beyond recognition. There is NO person called 'Johan Orex' at École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne (there is a person search at the top of this page: http://www.epfl.ch/ - check for yourself).
There are many vitamins in milk, including vitamin E and several of the B group (notably B 12) but there is nothing which remotely resembles "vitamin-3". Nicotinamide is one of the B group of vitamins, so it's possible that you meant to type "B".
There is a lot of nonsense in general published about milk. The fact is that milk is the first food of both infant humans and cows. Cow's milk has been used as a human food for thousands of years. Even so, many more people are allergic to cow's milk and other dairy products than is often realised.

Another study showed that calcium intakes helps reduce absorption of fats in cellular levels. Milk is high in calcium.

bhanusb, yeah milk is really a good food.
stary1, I haven't heard of it. what I knew about honey is good because it is the only sugar that does not undergone cooking or any heat treatment. It was also recommended by natural doctors as the only sugar that are good for ourselves especially those who are having tumors.

I heard about the health benefit of milk and even my nutrition teacher told about it. Actually i've tried to drink low fat milk every morning and night before I noticed that my body size got smaller since I always feel full and had a good sleep every night. Think milk help us to control our appetite and has a relaxing effect when you taken it before going to bed.

I don't believe everything I read on the internet. I think the part of weight loss could be because milk is quite filling so you don't feel hungry for quite a while but that's it. Milk does have a lot of benefits for us though but I didn't think it would be with weight loss. But I already drink it anyway :)

About milk being filling and good for us yes I admit that part :) But if there are a lot of different sites with lots of studies that say the same thing then I'm more likely to believe it. But I love drinking milk anyway so it doesn't matter if it's true or not :D

I am not sure about drinking milk and not getting fat if you are leading a lazy life. I do believe that it gets your body healthy. I found a page that highlighted very good benefits.
Weight Control
Calcium is also good for controlling weight. Drinking low-fat milk will help a person burn fat faster after a meal because of its calcium content.
Protein
If you are looking to add some more protein to your diet, drink a glass of milk. Each glass contains about 8.1 g of protein, which is important for building amino acids in the body.
Cardiovascular Health
Drinking milk will also help lower blood pressure and aid in general heart health thanks to the trace mineral potassium, which is found abundantly in milk.
This is where I found it...

I think that this kind of information that you give is very misleading, and you should not be posting things like this when there is actually no proof of the information at all. If you eat (or drink) more calories than you burn, then you're going to gain weight no matter what that food is made up from. There is a lot of fat in milk, and while you can get health benefits from it in small amounts, this doesn't mean that you should be drinking it in large amounts because it isn't good for you and you will end up gaining weight.

So, in other words consuming milk is just like eat egg white? That won't make us fat but contains protein? I don't really believe that with full cream milk, that's why I only drink the non fat milk.

what makes one fat would probably be the carbohydrate, glucose, sucrose and sugar content of food. If a person consume food especially containing those, plus they are not being active i.e couch potato, those stuff will be turn into fat.

Hello there,
Interesting facts you have there. Personally I drink milk everyday and I have never thought that it can actually bring us so much benefits. Milk is indeed one of the most important source of calcium and protein for our body. Thanks for the info, I will share it with my friends.

im not so sure either that they are right about that. maybe if you didnt eat much of anything? what about babies that put on fat from milk? i mean its called baby fat for a reason i know when i was a kid, my mom would say she drinks all her milk so i dont worry for her not eating much. which i didnt and i was skinny. its still about the eating im afraid.

Every day I used to drink a glass of milk before I am going to sleep. I do this regularly, not only me but my sister too. I don't know the the benefit of drinking milk daily. I just only know that it is good for our health. Really this is a very useful piece of information.

Vitamin nicotinamide and ribosomes?? sounds like vitamine B's to me. There's B2, B6 , B12 and others. Those vitamins are important especially for busy and active people as it converts food i.e carbohydrate, protein and others into energy. Also milk contains protein which is thermogenic.Which means it heaty and burns fat.

i would do anything to be skinnier but i just don't see this working, i mean...it's milk! it's a dairy product. i usually just stick to eating under 400 calories a day. it does the trick. i'm losing weight and smiling :)
perhaps one day i'll try the milk but i doubt it.
