personalspit my grandmother donated blood once a month for 20 years before moving to south africa. upon her return she was no longer allowed to give blood in the united states. it broke her heart, she loved to give blood and to care for people's lives.

personalspit Not just women. This is what some men think. I'm a guy and I have some serious issues with my weight. I try to eat less than 400 calories a day. I usually succeed and it's making me very happy.
