it is in the news that a father of a 5 year old girl has beaten a man to death for molesting his child in his own property. I think he was beyond angry at the time for doing that to an innocent child and what more in his property. the court has decided that the father not be sentenced to anything as he was only protecting his family. what do you think about this mylotters?

Hi friend, the father did his job, as a father he is having responsibility to take care of his daughter, so only he did this activity. It is a great lesson to other persons. Here after every one get fear while seeing him and no one come forward to do misbehavior with his daughter

yes the father was right in getting angry on the wrong that was done to his daughter, since he is the protector if the family it is right that he took the effort of getting revenge at that time and the court was right not to convict him.

This is tragic but the molester just get the dose of his own medicine. I don't say that killing is right but with this case any parent will act this way especially when your child was molested. The court decision is just right for me.

i think that the molester should have suffered longer than just by being killed right away but then that is just the reaction of the father of the child to get revenge and justice in his own hands by killing the molester. At least the courts did not convict him.

If only my opinion counted then I believe that the courts had done the right thing. I do, however, expect that this may incident may be an outlier, i.e. it's a rare occurrence, given that there are times where legal means could usher in complications that could muddle such as a case. I am not privy to the details however. Nonetheless, this is a win for the justice system, wherever it may be.

you are right riven! this is a win for the justice system and also for the victims family because they will have the time to cope and be repaired from the trauma as a complete family.

I think the courts were absolutely right. I am very surprised they didn't charge him with anything with how courts are these days but I am very glad to see that... I think any good father would have done the same thing. I know my husband would have too. That poor child. =( I hope the little girl will not have too many flashbacks or nightmares from going through that...

yes I do hope that the child will still be able to enjoy life and forget that horrendous event. You are correct, the courts nowadays are very strict and to the point that they are not giving justice anymore but then this case is different and people are happy about it.

I think its great. Every single person who kills a child molester should get away with it, the world would be a much better place. I would do the same thing if anyone touched my child.

i think the courts made the right decision in this difficult case but i definitely think that what the father did was wrong. we are not to take the law into our own hands. he may have been justified in what he did but if he flouts the law then that gives anyone the right to.

yes the court had made the right decision and I also agree with you that the father also sinned because he killed somebody out of rage and anger. I hope this article can provide a warning to those child molesters and an inspiration for the judges.

I think that court is right. I can do the same thing if it happens to my family. We can never tell how much damage we can do to anyone after seeing our family members being molested or abused by other person.

yes, I know that most people dont want their family members to get hurt and we will do things to get revenge or justice for our family. Yes I also believe that the courts did the right thing!

That right. He does not deserve to be sentensed. Any father who watches a man molesting his child is capable of doing anything to protect that child. I believe it was not his intention to kill but the anger and range motivated him to do so.

yes it is the anger and hatred of crime to a family member has pushed the father to kill the man and although we should not kill I think the father took into his hand to get justice of what was done. I believe the courts did the right thing.
