I did. Hahaha!!!! Many times. The recent one was "The Vow". Not that much though. The movie that I cried many times was ...drumroll please... "If Only". Gawd! I was afraid of watching that movie beforehand, simply because I've heard many times that "it will make you cry". The time when I decided to watch it was the time that I was going through a rough road, so it aggravates the situation. Funny I bought an ice cream, chips and cookies, tired from work, I sat down and watched it on my pc, late at night, I cried and cried and cried. I repeated the movie twice and my eyebags were up to my cheekbones the next day. LOL!!!
What about you guys, have you ever cried over a movie?

Yes most of the time, love drama movies like My sister keeper by cameron diaz, Pay it forward, A walk to remember and etc. Sometimes my husband little bit worried when he saw me crying he thought that I got hurt has a problem but I told him its all about the movies and he laughed.

If only is like my outlet for crying...LOL!!! I used to be emotional when I was a teenager, but now I'm really tough and don't cry over things and show it to other people. I could contain most of the time but when I can't handle it, I just cry like forever, but I do it when I'm alone. So, when I feel like crying and I can't cry, I watch If Only. Hahaha!!!! It triggers my heart and brain...funny but true:)

I've cried over a lot of movies! Most of the time it's tears of joy, though - lol! My favorite genres of movies are action, comedy, romance and romantic comedy, and suspense. I'm not huge on horror, but I can tolerate it. I don't like slap stick or pointless humor either. The movies I cried over that come to mind were The Notebook, The Last Song, Dear John, (haven't seen The Vow yet, but really want to!), This Means War (because I was laughing so hard!) Oh, another one was What's Your Number?, again, because I laughed so hard, I cried - lol! The two lead actors in that movie had great chemistry, and it was one of my favorite movies - it comes highly recommended, in case you haven't seen it yet. This Means War was right up there with it too. Another favorite was Friends With Benefits. I'm sure you can see the trend here haha! I enjoy movies a lot, and I think if the producers can get us viewers to shed some emotion, then it was a great flick! I'm glad you enjoy movies too!

Yes, i did. Many time already and I am not ashamed of it at all. The movies really struck me and it's normal to cry if you felt the movie. The recent one I watched that made me really cry so hard was "The Notebook" Yes, even if I have watched it many times already, I still cry everytime I watch it. Me and my bf watched it together and he also cried. I didn't see him cry because we were only watching it together through skype call but I could feel him and hear him crying. We just laughed after because we both were touched and even cried together.

A movie that made me cry deeply as a child was Lana Turner in Madam X. It was a tragic story that included her son she met for the first time when she was in jail. Another movie that moved me deeply was Sophie's Choice with Meryl Streep where she had to choose which child she was going to give up to the Nazis. It was hard to watch the child being taken from her. Movies today are all bang bang and no real script.

Yes, I have. 2 that come to mind are 'Paulie' and 'The Secret Life of Bees'. Like you, I had been going through "moments" in my life so I was rather emotional at the time. LOL However, both movies deserved the tears as both had beautifully story lines that really touched the heart.
Happy mylotting!

Mostly I dont cry watching movies and nothing inspires me emotionally in movies but one movie had inspired me so much and i really cried while watching that movie. Movie name is "The Pursuit of Happiness' starring will smith. Its a story of man's struggle for survival while his luck is running against him. He almost left alone with his only kid and the way he cares for his kid has touched my heart.

good day cleverland,
honestly speaking, i am an emotional type of person. so whenever i do watch a movie or a scene in an episode, i do feel like crying most especially if the topic or the situation that i am watching is somehow related to what i am going thru. that my eyes cannot help but crying if the situations deals with the same instance that i have gone and experienced. thus, in my situation, i cannot numbered down what are those movies that made me cry. as i just found myself crying if the scene being featured is the one that i have experienced and gone thru.

yup.. I cried over a lot of movies specially if there is a dying person involved. I think it is very sad if it happens in real life and also those movie teaches us a lesson that life is short we should love each other and make the best of it while we still have time here on earth. I love "Only hope" "100" ( this is a pinoy indo film), and "forever and a day" starring KC Conception and Sam Milby.

Hello Cleverland!
I have cried over lots of movies but my tears flooded watching "if only". Yes! I did cry too watching that movie, it feels like I just lose someone I love. "Titanic" was the first movie i did shed tears for though. Oh, i think it was more because of the song than the actual scene actually. "Dying young" also made me cry and yes, "august rush" overwhelmed me with tears although, on the good side.

Yes, I have! Actually, I can't remember how many times did it happen already. I think...hmmmm...always! haha. I'm a very emotional person but I only cry because I sympathize with the situation or I'm overwhelmed. I like to watch inspiring movies like true to life stories. I prefer to watch them because I become aware of the real life situations of different people from all over the world. I can get ideas on how to actually solve a problem plus the fact that their decisions are tested and true. My favorite movies include Courageous (I just watched it recently), Facing the Giants, and Fireproof. They really made me cry! but after that, I felt renewed, inspired and thankful. ^^
