I've heard that eggs contains a lot of proteins variant and it's good for muscle.
I wonder how many eggs we should eat in a day of workout and it's effective to eat it before or after workout?
and how to cook the eggs so the proteins inside the eggs are not damage.
And it's better to eat just the white or the whole eggs?

For me, if you are about the protein just take the egg whites only for it contains the albumin while the egg yolk contains mainly the fat. Some says that you can use this as protein shake by mixing it with fruits.
Eating egg whites after workout is better since you need to recover your muscles after working out.

The only way to preserve all the protein in the egg is to eat it raw. But if you'd rather have it cooked, then have it rare or medium rare. If you're only after the protein then go for the egg white, that's where all the protein is.

No matter how you cook an egg you will damage some of the protein and antioxidants. A good rule of thumb is to nosh on two 5 days a week. There is no need to feel guilty about consuming eggs. They are really an ideal protein. If there wasn't a risk of food borne illness, ingesting them raw would be best.
Since you do need to cook them the best way to do it is soft boiled, poached, hard boiled... any cooking method that doesn't add a lot of fat. All you need is the egg!
