Do you agree in the saying "laughter is the best medicine"?

They said when you laugh and always smile it lifts up your spirit and attitude and often free of ailments or pain. Have you heard of laughter yoga? I saw it in "salamat doc" and it's kinda nice. Laughing also can reduce calories. How about you? Do you always laugh and infect people with your happiness?

I am 100% agree, it makes you look younger at your real age. You might see some Asians, they don't smile at all. It reflects the moon face, too flat to see the reactions.

I think this really help in recovery because when you laugh you are releasing one type of hormone that helps in recovery and curing of a person.

I believe that. I believe that laughing reduces stress and that helps you feel better. We all know how stress affects us in our everyday life. So laughing and having a good time is some real needed medicine.

i also saw that in salamat doc. the laughing exercise was kind of funny but then it was also weird. I do think that laughter is the best medicine because it helps us give out a sigh from within and let go of those negative things.

I always laugh,, I dont like feeling stress. I think its true that laugh can help to stay healthy. When we r laughing we feel no stress at all, all the pain seems gone and give new spirit to live.

I do think that laughing is good for you, as it releases natural endorphins which can make you feel a lot happier. It has been proven that it is the people who laugh more get mental illnesses the least, and do tend to be genuinely a lot happier than the people who don't laugh at all. I find that it helps your mood if you watch your favourite comedy shows, because you will be able to laugh at things without having to worry that the person who you're laughing at doesn't like it. So laughing is an excellent way to keep your mood happy.
