Keep in in the house, other cats can kill him, if he is declawed, my cats are not declawed by I never allow them outside my house.

No going outside now no matter how much he wants it. Get some toys and teach him to play inside. Acat tree with some toys attached will help him play by himself when you're not there.
I got a cat (rescue) that was already declawed too. Some people just shouldn't be allowed to own animals.

Declawed cats can not go outside without supervision. If u want u can get a leash n walk ur ca. If ur cat goes out he can't dumb trees to get away from dogs etc. U Havering keep him safe. I would get lots of cat toys to keep him busy n eventually he wont want to go outside. Lots of indoor toys! Good luck j Congrats btw on ur new family memeber!

Every animal is gifted with the ability to defend themselves from other animals and cat is gifted with sharp nails to attack other or to catch it's pray. I wounder why you do so. Anyway it is not good to leave your cat alone because it has lost it defensing weapon. So you must be with the cat at all the time.
