why not.the mothers can always go to a corner away from every one looks. i doubt if anyone stares at a mother feeding her child

why shouldn't they????? htey get hungry just like anyone else...it is a natural thing to do..it only makes it dificult when idiots stare.....What should nursing mothers do ...stay home??? i think not

Do you want to play games with starving children. If you don't want the baby, go for other options. Don't starve them. Gift the Baby to any care taker keep your wife in a safest room, without giving any scope for peeping Toms...

Before i was a mother i didnt think so, and sometimes when i see it, it kinda weirds me out a little, but at the same time, us mothers need to go out and do things all the time, and when a baby needs to be fed, well a baby needs to be fed, i guess we dont have a choice. Personally i would probably go to a bathroom, but tht optionisnt always there

Absolutely. And I don't think a shawl or blanket is necessary. Most women are perfectly capable of nursing discreetly without using a blanket to cover.
Blankets really just scream "HEY!! I'M NURSING OVER HERE!!"
