Cloth or disposable? I use both. I like the benefits of the cloth because you know where they came from.. Very affordable and pay for themselves over and over..
Disposable.. I love to be honest. Pull out put on throw away......

crunchymama We used all cloth. There are so many issues with disposable - health, rash, chemical, environmental. Disposables contain dioxin, which is a very toxic chemical. They contain chemicals which were banned from tampons in the 1980s. Icky.
