The beauty of this place

In this country we have some beautiful sunsets but as they happen so often people rarely stop to look. Then one evening there was a wonderful sunset with little puffs of golden clouds streaking through the blue sky. It was wonderful to see people suddenly looking up and getting out their cameras. For the first time for a long while they stopped to appreciate the beauty that was around them. Such stunning sky scapes are not for everyone to enjoy, I personally grew up in a London suburb and I remember the first time I went abroad and found myself on a hill surrounded by a sunset. I have never forgotten that moment. Even for those who live in poor and crowded situations there is always something of beauty to be found. A tiny flower that refuses to be crushed, an insect with the sun glistening on its wings.

What a delight to read this, thanks for the reminding. Yes, let's just enjoy, sometimes we forget about it, life is to be lived and being worried or sad is not worthed. Today will be a great day from now on. I remember and forget, then try again that happiness is a state of mind and a choice.
