What human foods does your pet like?

We do not have a pet dog. But my friend does and she occasionally tells me that her pet dog is always eating their leftover rice. So I have to say her pet really likes rice. I guess this is why the dog looks fat

Oh my goodness :D ... My cats love everything. When they were kittens I was frightened that if they ever got lost they would starve, being only fed out of a box, how would they survive? So I fed them everything! As kittens they consumed their regular diet of kitten chow, but also received ravioli, potato chips, cheetos, and pop tarts, LOL. I wanted to make sure my cats would know that they could eat whatever they found on the street, and perhaps in doing so, not kill squirrels or birds. This was especially important as they were raised with pet rats and birds, so see them as 'friends' or at least tolerate their presence. So, even more the need to teach them to eat anything they came across. So yes, Cheetos, breakfast cereal, ravioli, spinach, green beans, tofu, breads, pop tarts, cake, etc. Yep, my kitties will consume just about anything out there, they LOVE Ramen noodles. If I make Ramen for myself, I have to make a pack for them, or they will crawl all over my head, begging :D ... My Iguana has a thing for Ramen noodles as well. But him, he has to be kept on a strict diet. He does try to sneak 'goodies' but iguanas have to have their calcium and salt intake monitored. So I am way more strict with him.

I have a seven year old cat. I had fried chicken tonight and she tried to drag it off of the table. She doesn't go for much people food. She does like potato chips. I think she likes to lick the salt. She'll also eat a little ground beef and she likes canned people tuna. Not much else. I once had a cat that liked raw green beans. She'd sit and wait for me to drop one whenever I was snapping them.

My dog is a big eater. She would eat anything I eat, even if it is not good for her health. I always have to check on the Internet to make sure something I eat is safe for her, too. There are lot of human food that are not healthy for dogs. Onions, chocolate, grapes and raisins are only a few thing that we can eat with no risk, while our dog's life would be in danger if they have eaten some. I think there is somewhere a list of un-safe human foods for cat so you should check it before giving your cat anything that would put her on risk.

Hello minmin45 Mmmm, Kraft dinner sounds good right about now. I think that I may make some. My dog loves cheese. She goes crazy for cheese as well as most meats that I eat. She is also a fan of many sweets. She is not so crazy for chips of any sort, but if I act enthusiastic enough about eating them, she'll even go for chips. Peace
