Sleepy

I've been trying to finish a book that was recommended by a friend. It was a good book actually. But I've also been having a hard time due to me being sleepy while reading. It's not boring or anything. Maybe I just need a lot of rest due to this past week being stressful. Or maybe the position that I read in hinders the blood from flowing right to my brain which also causes lack of oxygen. How do you deal with this problem?
