Why?If you resist not smoking constantly why can't you deny smoking with your friends?You'll want to smoke more and more if you don't quit...

till now i have smoked only three times and i hate smoking.and i dint enjoyed smoking at all.that's why i had decided to quit.

No i dont.Visit hospitals once in a while and let your GP show you around Oncology Dept(For cancer patients),then you can make up your mind if you want to go ahead.Bros it kills!

yes and excessively, about 2-3 packs a day, not planning 2 give up as i still m not having any problems becoz of it. Gud wishes 4 those who r trying 2 quit.
