If you ask my husband, it is just another day of the week. I personally think the day is ridiculus. Why do we need a particular day tell someone how we really feel about them. We should be doing that everyday.

I would say if you don't have immediate financial needs to be taken care of: such as outstanding bills and children to take care of. I would definately say no.

It depends on the quality of service and food. If the food or service is horrible I don't leave a tip. Or sometimes we just don't go back.
