I shop on value. That means, if the items have the same quality, I'll buy the cheaper product. But, if one is definitely better, I'll pay more for it.

Same here! Value is very important. No sense in saving money if you have to throw stuff out because it is inferior. I do keep a sharp eye out for price discrepancies too. I have actually purchased a larger size of an item for less than the small one. That really happens quite a bit. You really do have to keep your wits about you at the grocery or you can inadvertantly spend more and get less.

i'm stingy, so comparing prices isn't a question at all, LOL!

I do compare prices on a lot of the grocery items I buy. There are certain brands that I absolutely buy like Kraft Mayo or Hunts Catsup, but other items I will price shop for lower prices.

I will sometime shop for discounts, but if i dont like it. I never go back to it. I will go back to what i grew up with. My mother always bought the big brand names. There are some things that just about taste the same. When your mixing it with other things, You just cant taste the differents

Sometimes, if I am thinking of it, but yeah somethings are just not worth the lower price, especially many Brand X cleaners.

Yes, I compare prices, but I watch for quality also. I also use coupons when I can.

I also try to buy the cheapest brand as long as it's still a well-known brand. But if I particularly like something and feel like eating that, I will buy it whatever price it is.

I try to buy the cheapest option when I shop for food. This is mainly because I'm a student and can't afford the brand names, and generic is way cheaper. There are a few exceptions, for example, I'm vegetarian and tend to buy Quorn or Linda Mccartney over the generic brand as the quality is better.

Yes, I compare prices on almost all the products i buy, I also check online for some products even if i am going to buy it offline to see how much difference is there. As far as groceries, I choose the shop which offers products which is cheaper than others.
