Hello dear friend, I used to have horrible neck pain. And I never really understood why. It developed suddenly after waking up one morning with a stiff neck. And it progressively got worse over time. Come to find out when i finally seen a physical therapist. I had really bad posture. And this was from a lot of Computer use. Sitting for long periods of time. And also as a musician, I used to sit and play guitar a lot. For long long periods of time, and in the same position. I would of never thought posture can have such a painful effect on my body. But indeed it did. I also had developed scar tissue in my neck, and the only way to overcome this was to physically exercise my neck in order to break up the scar tissue. And of course work on my posture. It took a while. But I feel a lot better. Perhaps you have a posture related problem? Try to pay attention to it and work at it. See if you feel better with less slouching and sitting upright and such. Good luck friend. :)

Hi there. Better ask your doctor the specific vitamins for this. Maybe you need more vitamins for the bones. Calcium that can be found in milk is so good for stronger bones and to keep your body healthy.

When a person is getting older from childhood, our bones is starting to degenerate. Then, they experiences pain in their lower back. My pain is intermittent in my lower back, I usually do stabilization exercises to support my back. Some people used corset or lumbar binder, but if I were you... you can consult to a physiatrist or physiotherapist, they can give you some advises on how to deal this chronic low back pain.
