Good morning myLotters!!! It's been a long time that I haven't opened any discussion here. I just enjoy viewing the top discussions and interacting to those discussions. But right now, I'm so excited to share to you guys this very delicious dish that we ate over at Lunch last Friday. Have you eaten whole roasted pig? Well, here in my country, it's one of the most sought after meal, because of how the pig is roasted, with the sauce seeping through the meat, which gives off a very tasty dish. Also, the skin of the roasted pig is so crunchy to eat. It's popular here by the name "Lechon Baboy" (roasted pig). If you come here ton Philippines, make sure you never miss this dish. But, there's a new dish, w/c is still related to the Lechon., It's the "BONELESS LECHON". It's just the tasty meat of the pig, set aside the bones (thus, it's named after.). It really has no bones, and you can fully enjoy your roasted pig up to the very last bits and pieces. I bet everyone should try it (except for those who can't eat meat due to some reasons, I respect that). I'll show you a picture of the sumptuous dish. Bon appetite!

I love to eat lechon too, especially the crispy skin. I know it is bad for our health. However, I am just curious how did it happened to be boneless and still managed to rotate over burning charcoal. I guess this is also more expensive than the regular lechon. Nevertheless, lechon is indeed delicious whether regular or boneless. I am now craving for lechon. hehehe

see? even though we're just talking about it, we're actually starting to crave for it already. ha-ha. it's really a mouth-watering dish.. well, i'm really knowledgeable about how they removed the bones... yep, it's a bit pricey, cost Php450 per kilo, unlike the ordinary lechon which only cost Php380 per kilo...

This is realy mouth watering food. Not bad for a difference of 70pesos. At least you will be assured that all what you get is meat and no bones at all.
