My current problem is an external hemorrhoid which has started 3 days from now. I know that usually I'm always constipated and maybe it's the reason why I've got this. It's not painful but I'm really worried and I want to get rid of it. What are the natural ways to get rid of it? I don't want to have surgery.

In your situation I would talk to my doctor about it. You write that you don't want surgery, but that is not the only option. Your doctor can give you some hemorrhoids ointment that you can use. If you don't want to talk your doctor about it you could ask for hemorrhoids ointment at the pharmacy, I am not sure if it is a prescription medication in your country, but you could just ask them and if you can't get if without a prescription you will have to talk to your doctor. Sometimes hemorrhoids disappear without treatment, but if you want to get rid of it as fast as possible you could try to use the hemorrhoid ointment.

You already know a possible cause of being constipated. You need to make yourself drink, eat more produce, and include highfiber foods in your diet. I'd say if you could also find a way to relax sometimes we are so busy in our lives and such that we don't realize we are skipping this bodily function.

First of all you need to be free from constipation and it is nice to see that you are not always constipated. External hemorrhoid is not painful unless it gets infected. If you are constipated, it may give rise to formation of fissures which is always painful. Medical science is tremendously advanced, so need not worry for it and consult with a surgeon so that it may be arrested at the earliest stage. If it progresses to an advanced stage, it may require a surgery.

I don't get those but have had fissures due to colitis, at times. In my recent years I handle them on my own, I'm not sure f the remedy is the same though. Try to sit in a bath of warm water often, and eat more greens, for fiber. No salty food or spicy either.

I got hemorrhoids too, and mine is quite bloody, lol! Seriously, whenever I carry heavy objects or just exert effort in doing something, they would come out and I would feel so constipated. I've tried preparation-h (but it only relieves pain), the donut hole pillow, and even going through some concoction [herbal], but to no success. I guess surgery, hemorrhoidectomy, is the best clinical option.

It depends on how large is your hemorrhoid, if it is too large it may rupture if you will try to defecate and may cause heavy bleeding, but if it is just a small one you just have to avoid being constipated and avoid foods high in spices, and it will heal on its own. My advice is you should get it check with a doctor just to be on the safe side :)
