Having a healthy life style is a must if you want to live longer. I try to do have one and as much as I could I pay attention to what I eat these days. Doing some physical activities is also needed. But the problem here is that I'm so busy at work and have a hard time balancing my time. How about you? How do you maintain a healthy life style?

You can take up some sport to maintain your fitness. I am reasonably good at badminton. I feel it as the apt exercise for me. There is not a single body part unused in a good game. Moreover it also teaches you some disciplinary lessons like sporting spirit. Requires less equipments and players. Jogging is also of some help but you get bored of that and enthusiasm declines, and believe it or not enthusiasm and determination for a thing is all that you need. Devote some time to a single sport and it will take care of all your fitness will help you maintain your diet.

Hi, It is true that it is very difficult to maintain healthy lifestyle in this modern world. because it is very fast age and to cope up with this we also should be active and alert. But we are busy in work for the whole day and so it is difficult to take care about our health. We should be cautious about our diet and some exercise is must. We have to give some time to exercise. And keep us fit and healthy.

It's certainly possible to lead a healthy lifestyle, although not as easy as it would be in a less stressful world. I am unable to do a lot of physical activity for various valid reasons, but I make sure I eat plenty of fruit, vegetables and follow a low-fat, high fibre food intake.

I try very hard to have a healthy lifestyle;I am very careful about what I eat and have a low fat diet.I eat three good well balanced meals a day and eat all natural foods (no processed or convenience or junk foods) I do try to get exercise but as I am waiting to go into hospital for a hip replacement I cannot do as much exercise as I would like.I am looking forward to having the operation and recovering from it so that I can up my exercise again. There are lots of little ways that we can up our physical activities without joining a gym - use the stairs rather than a lift (elevator), walk instead of jumping in the car for small journeys and make regular journeys up stairs instead of leaving things at the bottom of the stairs 'until you're going up'.

Some progressive countries don't have the ability to eat a proper meal. They are always on the go. Most of the time, they eat in resto or just seek to instant food to be reheated at home.

Hi, I think this is the problem not only with you, but with a lot of us. Yes, we can maintain a healthy lifestyle, but it does require a lot of discipline, as well as a cordial environment to be created by our companies. Unfortunately, they neglect the importance of healthy employee. They do provide reimbursements for medical expenses and hospitalization, but they do not provide enough facilities for say exercising, or playing sports. May be, some Organizations do this, but not too many. Also, we need to be more motivated to exercise more.
