How to improve my health?

I heard a crack sound just now when my leg bends, I am just 31 this year, and it seems that I get tired easily in a day but when I go out with my friend having fun shopping and movies, I don't get that tired easily. Are this cracking sounds is the symptoms of stress and if not, how can I improve my health? Should I drink milk to increase calcium support for early 30s people?

Dont drink too much of milk. That will cause an increase in kidney stones and it will hurt when you pee.
Eat more vegetables and fresh fruits. You body needs all the right nutrients to repair your organs
Lead an active lifestyle (Note does not mean exercise more)

ya...possible I will follow your idea, because it seems much easier, I don't like milk actually, and therefore I will eat more vege and fruits and cut off sodas intake plus I know what you mean leading an active lifestyle, I am working part time right now and I think in future I would like to take up a full time one. Health is indeed important to everyone.So i think you'd better go to the hospital and check what exactly you are lacking.Well,do not need to worry about that and you are young and healthy diet and more exercise is really helpful.Hope this can help.lol

Yeah, that is why I seen a doctor recently already and he said drink more milk, twice a day. Maybe I always drink soda that is why soda makes my joints become loose.

Exercise daily so that you can be relieve of stress and give you youthful energy. Eat and drink a healthy diet. Go for fruits and vegetables. Fruits that are watery like watermelon, apple, blueberries, strawberries and etc. Take supplements and vitamins like vitamins c and multivitamins. I have read that you need about 500grams of calcium everyday. I am not very sure of this figure but we really need a lot of calcium per day. Sometimes the calcium that we get from drinking milk is not enough that's why we find alternative calcium sources.

Hello wongchoiyee, its not a stress problem.its ortho problem.so use to take calcium tabblet everyday.if you r a non vegitarian then eat sea fish. Use to take vitamin b complex capsule twice a day for 20 days and then one capsules for atleast 6 month

I hate taking pills, its hard to swallow, maybe drinking milk will do, but thanks soorajsrs7srs for your opinion.

It is inevitable that our body became so weak, commonly seen for women. The wear and tear of our body structures is a normal process, especially when are getting older. It starts at the age of 20s. I heard drinking milk is not sufficient enough to make our bones absorbs calcium.

I guess you just panicked immediately.
Bones usually craked especially if you lack exercise. It happens not only to you but also those younger than you.
Well drinking milk is also good.
But what you're doing is good.as what the saying goes "Prevention is better than cure".
