I do smoke before way back in college but I did stop after I graduated. It feels so good when you don't smoke, you can run smoothly without having a hard time breathing. Especially now that I am pregnant, smoking is really a no no and i go far away from those people who are smoking because it is bad for me and my baby..

Yes you are right! It is not that easy to stop smoking, i just read some facts about bad effects of smoking to your body and of course the pictures of your internal organs after you smoke for a long time. After you quit smoking and tried to smoke again, well I assure you don't like the taste and smell of it anymore and also it makes you feel dizzy. :)

I smoked once when I was still so young. I was in high school that time. It was just for fun. I was encouraged by my girl cousins to smoke.

I don't have the guts to tell anyone to stop smoking not unless this person is very close to me. They consider smoking as status symbol. Yes! One time, I was asked by one of my coemployees if I wanted to go outside with him to smoke. It was during our first break. I told him that I don't smoke. He said, "Oh my God! You're not in!"
