I really don't like having running nose which I have now huhuhu. I hate when it is falling suddenly and uncontrollable. Especially when talking with someone then it will flow unexpectedly, so gross lol. It make me keep on sniffing and always have my hanky with me to wipe it. I do hope that the medicine that I am taking now could really help to take away this runny nose.

You must hate it.LOL tie it so it won't run. Runny nose can occur only when one's body oxygen level is much less than the norm. It is usually less than 20 seconds for the body oxygen test. Is your runny nose is caused by allergic reactions? If yes, then you need to identify and avoid them. When i have this rhinorrhea during examinations i have to use face mask with hankie to avoid dripping. I hope you get well soon.

As per doctor upon check up, there is now any allergic reactions that cause it.IT is just the weather that's why I suffered in runny nose, but so far I am well now.

Glad you're okay. I'm telling you it's hard to have allergic rhinitis, you'll have it for life. You're lucky.

I don't think that there is anyone among us that enjoys having a runny nose. For me, this is something that I typically have to deal with twice a year and it makes me feel awful. The part of it that I think is the worst is the fact that as soon as you lay down, your nose seems to run more than it had been doing when you are upright and it just really makes a mess when you are sleeping and your nose decides that it needs to run like a leaky faucet.

I just got better from a cold. I know it's very hassle. You can't sleep at night. You can't concentrate on what you're doing. It gets in the way of everything!

Try eating spicy stuff. What i did was add more chilli sauce to most of my dishes (careful of the sodium though). Also you can try boiling hot water with some vapourub added, then inhaling the fumes. That will help to clear your nasal passage. I usually do not take any medicine for cold but use traditional stuff like lemon, honey in hot water to cure mu common colds

Well I don't take medicine as much as possible and if it is not grave and still tolerable.Honey and lemon could really help and lots of water.

You've got a flu. You need to go for water therapy and take Vitamin C. Citrus fruits are also good to combat this kind of flu.

I used to drink lots of water every time I have flu. Eating fruits could help too but I never take any medicine at all. Maybe I am not used to it.
