I am desperate to gain weight, but my problem is appetite. When I do eat, I don't eat much. Does anyone know something that increases one's appetite? Please help!

Fiber makes you feel full, so reduce that, while cinnamon increases your appetite, so add some of that.
Have you tried protein shakes or weight gain shakes? Try drinking them with or after a meal for the extra calories.
Whatever you do, be sure that you're trying to gain weight in a healthy way so that you don't cause any irreparable damage to yourself! Consulting a nutritionist is probably the best idea.
Good luck!

I can't recommemd the best meal for you. But, in my opinion find a sport that you like and do it 4 times a week or so that will increases your appetite for sure and try adding another type of food for every 1 of 3 meals.By the way I did that and I gained weight.

Try to add flavor in everything you eat. When you find that right flavor for you, you will have no problem eating much. Don't eat large meals. Eat smaller portions throughout the day. Also, exercise or better yet, lift weights. Yes, it may increase your metabolism causing you to "not" gain weight, but it will also increase your muscle mass and your appetite as well!
Cheers!

the best tip i can give you is just change your time of eating, even if you eat less , eat throught the day, constantly keep snacking on stuff you like, that's the best way to increase weight.
see the stomach actually starts working half an hour after you have stopped eating, and works really fast, but when you are constantly snacking you stomach goes crazy and instead of just taking the pain to digest the food it only starts storing it, thereby creating more fats and lipids, which get stored all over the body, increasing your body mass.
reducing your active schedule sitting more, and snacking all the time, best ways to actually increase weight,
if that never works, try self hypnosis, or use a supplement that makes you feel more hungry as a last resort.
Cheers :)

Well, I'm in a situation exactly opposite to yours.
You want to gain weight? Well, I do I need to drop a few kilos!
Although we are now in summer, and inevitably you should eat a little less, "unfortunately" to me the appetite never fails.
Instead of talking about your case, necessiterei to know some information.
Example: how much you weight now?
How tall are you?
Perhaps you take medicines that could reduce you to the appetite?
I'll give you these questions because my appetite "exaggerated" is mainly due to the assumption of a particular psychopharmacologic (unfortunately you need to know that I am mentally disabled to 75%)
