MissGYD You can rub around her belly button when u see her straining, or you can press her sphincter muscles when youse her straining ...I breastfed my son for almost 3 yrs.. try it, and let me know how that works for you!

MissGYD I can't go to the mountains, so I have to make do with what I have......LOL, and that is find a nice semi-quiet spot, usually in my room, upstairs and turn off all distractions, close the door, and just sit there and talk with God, and meditate on Him.

MissGYD I tend to go with your other responders, keep walking with God, meditate on His Word, seek His will and his desire for you in all you do throughout the day, and definitely remember to thank Him upon rising in the morning and upon lying down at night....
