idea on ptc

i have been clicking on ptc sites this month. it already my 15days. i am sort of addicted on it . however, my bandwidth run out after clicked many advertisements. so i resort to wifi. the problem were neobux and clixsense are not accepting 2 IP which i deemed really strict. 1 pc 1 IP 1 account. i am not giving up them. i would better using wifi than my broadband coz it got run out really fast. i just want to ask mylotter are there ptc site not strict as neobux and clixsense .
i know 1 buxp ptc . so leave some of your favourite ptc site other than buxp ptc.

Actually, with clixsense you can work anywhere. The one IP one account policy is only during signing up. As long as you won't allow others to sign up to the IP address you used when you sign up, it is still okay.

i need people clarify aries statement. i do not want to risk being banned =.=. i was not able to use wifi and my broadband because the policy stated there . i really confused . what it meant by that policy. can i use wifi and broadband within 24 hours in 1 computer but different IP address. i assume that broadband and wifi has two different IP address ?
