TheScupp Yeah, physical health have huge affect to mental health too because if you are tired you don't usually feel so good and exercising makes you feel good usually.

TheScupp That's exactly what I meant! Those examples you gave are pretty good. Well like you said one thing to keep up good health is to have goals in life. I personally noticed it when I recently set some goals for me, I felt soon actually better because of them.

TheScupp Well I do shave of course and I'm good with my clothing too. I don't really know about that "pants hanging" thing. I know people do that but that tells about personality a lot and I'm not that kind of guy. Thanks anyway for response.
