I got here an idea that I give myself a challenge. Challenge is to achieve better physical and mental health and learn more about healthy living habits. I guess that many things might take long time change so I don't have exact deadline but I hope I can solve all my "problems" still in this year. I recommend to try this out because people need to have targets in their life and this could be one really useful. So, I hope this make some conversation and if you know any good websites or so, feel free to post them here. :)

These are several websites that might lead you to achieve your goal. Honestly I have not tested these websites, so it is for your own decisions if you are interested. It is always nice to have this goal and challenge. I will cheer for you.. Hep! Hep! Hoorah!!! Go! go! go! http://exercise.about.com/od/healthinjuries/a/healthylifestyl.htm and http://www.prevention.com/health/healthy-living There are several tips and how-to-steps there that you might find interesting based on what you desire.

Actually I got an idea here. After I have red enough about healthy habits etc. and made some results I could make a big post here about the most important things in that and about my experiences.

As we get older, most of us are in the state of sub-health prematurely. I experienced greatly. Long time sitting in front of a compter, I have a pain in my neck. Now, I made a plan to exercise every day, like cooking, playing Pingpong with the wall, doing Yoge to keep good shape, rope skipping, kicking shuttlecock. It realy helps to relieve the pains and create a good mood. I thought i could not survive without a computer before. But now,I could live better. Come on and keep going to make our life more interesting.

Interesting. I think I'm kinda in the same position that you were. That Pingpong wall idea sounds actually pretty good. :) I hope that I could also find some other things to do than sitting on a computer.

I agree. We need to make commitments and challenges to ourselves for better health. We can break these challenges up into little goals. I think it is great to have goals, because they help keep us focused and driven. You might make a goal of not eating any candy for a week, cutting something out of your diet or adding something to it. These are only a couple of ideas for healthy goal setting.

That's exactly what I meant! Those examples you gave are pretty good. Well like you said one thing to keep up good health is to have goals in life. I personally noticed it when I recently set some goals for me, I felt soon actually better because of them.

This is indeed an eyeopener to me. So many times I think to have some exercise but it's only in my mental world. But reading this article made me to realize how important it is to take care our health, physically and mentally. Hopefully you can be successful in your goal as well as me.

Good! I hoped that others would interested too. I'm not now talking about health but I have many times thought that I need to save up money but still I buy every once in a while something, so it's just a thought in my mind. Anyway, easy solution to that is of course to leave my money home when I don't need it.

Concept shared by you is good bit what I feel one needs to be focused on achieving his / her goals to have a better physical & mental health. Circumstances tell upon our mental health & once we are upset it tells upon our physical health. We need to balance both to the fullest extent.

Yeah, physical health have huge affect to mental health too because if you are tired you don't usually feel so good and exercising makes you feel good usually.

Of course thew internet has all the information regarding complete knowledge to manage your health and how to take good care about it.For me,I will just stick to my old ways how to manage my own health,by eating in the right time with almost all the green leafy vegetables and fruits abundant from the season.I am physically fit because if I can not swim,I have to make myself have some perspiration to stay healthy and fit at any given day.I do not believe in extra time exercises because it could just make you tired, instead just go jogging to make you awake because most people tend to sleep in the afternoon,so to stay awake you have to do some jogging.

That's great, but do you have a specific plan? Like walk more, eat more vegetables, seek counseling, meditate, that sort of thing?
