Well we all know that with feeling depressed, there normally aren't many happy moments throughout the day. Myself, I notice that mornings are the toughest for me. Every time I wake up I think about what I have to face and the thought of even getting out of bed makes me feel nervous. Is there a specific time of day that you find yourself feeling worse than ever? How do you cope?

Depression have five stages, it is normal until 3 months to figure it out what is the reason for being such. But more than 3 months, you are still in this state. Consult a shrink to help you pass through this.

Thanks for the information Shavkat. I've already been educated first hand, unfortunately I know how depression works.

for some reason at night its usually when i'm feeling sad i don't know why but i always end up staying up the whole night because i always think about all the bad things that happen to me in the past. but i learn how to stop thinking that way ever since i started reading the book the secret. or i'll see some funny YouTube videos so i could try to be happy.

For some reason, night time seems to be easiest for me. I think it might be because I don't have to worry about what the day is bringing, I can just relax quietly and do my own thing.

Hi Dear Jshean20,when I in the worse than ever moment,I will think about those people who suffering more worse than me such the refugee in Africa and in some countries in Middle east, then I will feel a little better.I think the best thing to reduce your bad feeling is time, after a few days laster, you will find it is nothing.

Thinking about how unfortunate some people are should make me feel greatful for what I do have, but there really are times that nothing kicks my depressive feelings. I think even winning the lottery wouldn't cure it.
