I won't ask why you have never read the Bible but, in English, the passage referred to is: "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life." It is said to be one of the most frequently quoted passages in the Bible. You can decide for yourself whether or not it is relevant to the story and exactly HOW it is relevant, perhaps in relation to Matthew 25:31 (the parable of the Sheep and the Goats): http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Matthew+25&version=NIV

I think Mathew 25:31 would be exactly more matching for the story given at the discussion.

I don't understand what you mean, but John 3:16,when read it in the Bible, it stated : "For God loved the world so much that he gave His only begotten-son,in order that everyone exercising faith in him might not be destroyed but have an everlasting life."

Yes, i know for God is LOVE.And everywhere, there's a testimony of His activities and His greatness.Psalm 19:1 said;" The heavens are declaring the glory of God;and of the work of His hands the expanse is telling." Added to this,Romans 1: 20 stated:"Even his invisible qualities are clearly seen from the worlds creation onward, because they are perceived by the things made, even His eternal power and Godship, so that they are inexcusable."God describe in the bible as living from time to time indefinite, forever.(Psalm 90:2,4,Revelation 10:6), and as being the King of eternity, incorruptible and invisible,He is the only true God.(1 Timothy 1:17)There exist no God before Him.(Isaiah 43:10)^____^

hi raja rao, thanks for the response, i too trust God ,but i trust more on fate and luck only, what we are now is only according to our fate and luck only, our life is a puppet in the hands of luck and fate, because i have experienced several such luck and fate activities in my life, if it is written in our life, surely we have to get it,have a nice day

It is much more logical and honourable to the intelligence to believe that 'fate' and 'luck' are simply random things that happen to us in the course of our life. It is the duty and purpose of each human being to understand what is good and what is bad and to select the good and reject what is bad, often turning things which are indifferent or detrimental into positive influences on the lives of ourselves and others. To say that we are 'puppets in the hands of fate' is NOT the way that we are supposed to think. A good boatman on a rough stream is always guiding his boat and taking every moment of opportunity to use the current to his advantage. Merely giving up and letting the river take you where it will is a sure recipe for disaster. You would be wrecked on the rocks in no time at all.

Yes, God's words are indeed powerful although it is not always that we can see the impact with our mere eyes. But if anyone would open their mind, they can not only see, but feel as well the work of God. As for the situation you described in the story, I feel Matthew 25:35-40 is more matching to it: 35 For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, 36 I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.’ 37 “Then the righteous will answer him, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? 38 When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? 39 When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?’ 40 “The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’
