So, I was watching TV yesterday, and I was watching one of them true crime shows....and this guy committed some kind of horrendous crime or what ever.
And the narrator said that after he ran from the police, he "WENT ON THE LAMB" for such and such amount of time....
And this got me thinking....
That I recall hearing this statement before.......prison escapees "GOING ON THE LAMB" and even remember seeing this statement in books......I believe Tom Sawyer and Huck Finn "WENT ON THE LAMB" for a while...
This deeply saddens me...
PLEASE PEOPLE!!! The lamb's no spring rooster anymore........GET OFF HIS BACK!!!
He can't carry you guys any more........his spine is brittle like lasagna noodles...
PLEASE! PLEASE! STAY OFF THE LAMB!!!
Thank You!

I'm so glad you worry about poor old lamb and I'm also happy that I'm not the only 1 that writes stupid stuff when I've been drinking.
oh....you haven't been drinking

oh good grief, thats a hoot. i thought your friend looked a bit sturdy for his age so much so id be afraid to jump on the lamb....he might slam me over to the floor like those wrestlers do on tv. i do remember that saying from the old movies.

I think you meant fettucini noodles...or even tagliatelle. Lasagna noodles are the wrong shape.
All is forgiven, go, and misuse the noodle shapes no more.

This has never came to my mind. You have a creative way in looking at this. I did heard that phrase went on the lamb for several times in different shows and movies. Let us stop them from harming our lamb! Hahaha..
