I always try to listen to wha ma parents say and try to obey them, coz thats what kids are supposed to do. But there are times when i dont want to obey them coz they dont allow me to do things i like and force me to do things i dnt want to do. I dont like it when they are mad at me or are sad because of me.
Do u listen to what your parents say and do u always obey them?
Have you been in a situation when you dont want to do things but are forced to do it?

I listen to them as much as possible. Sometimes I don't because I don't want to force myself to do something I can't or I know I don't want to do.

I always listen to what my parents has to say; if there's something that I am not in agreement with them, we talk it out. Because I need to understand their reasons why they won't let me do something that I want. If possible, we meet half way, we compromise. Surely before our talk ends, we have come up with a solution where everyone is happy.
I think you should try telling your parents how you feel, and ask them to explain to you why they think you should or shouldn't do something. Only when we have become parents ourselves will we truly understand their intentions but until then, I will settle with the "talks".

I do both listening and balancing. I mean there can be times our parents will tell us to do things that we knew is not so good, so we have to balance.
But most of the time i listen to what my mom is telling specially in terms of relationship. Really mothers instinct works all the time.
Anyway, parents only wants the best for us that's the reason why sometimes they are always reminding us and will warn us most of the time.

i always listen to what me parents say. actually they are always right, you know, your parents love you and they want to make a better life for you in fact i think my parents are very kind and understanding when you don't want to listen to them you'd better take a good communication with them and maybe you will know who is right and do best choice

It really depends on the parents you have. If your parents want to control every facet of your life, you will probably rebel against them, but if they are only telling you things to keep you safe and make sure you don't mess up bad, you should probably listen to them. I stopped listening to my parents when i was old enough to make my own way in the world, but even now i still like to get advice from them.

When I was younger, I do as what my mom and her siblings say. I grew up surrounded rational thinkers. It was great but I realized later on in life, that I was so naive and easily manipulated because of it. You see, parents or elders would generally say be nice, be polite and be respectful with everyone. But then when I started working, I really had a hard time dealing with b*t*hes. I guess that's just the downside of it. If I will have kids in the future, I will be brutally honest with them and tell them the truth about life and different kind of personalities that they have to deal with kin the real world.

I do listen to my parents and in return my parents listen to me. They have given us freedom to do what we want and they believed in us that we will not do anything that will hurt them. I guess i have not done anything to hurt them till now. have a wonderful day.

I'm not old enough to say that my parents are doing the best all the time, but what I learned from my 22 years is that I have to listen to them. They want to make me happy and not harm, so my answer is yes,I listen to them!
