Difference between crush and love?

Well, here's my story I assumed I never had a crush since kindergarten, cause I see in movies if you have a crush you mostly get shy around that certain person, but in the past few months my friends says I have a crush on someone, but the fact is that I don't even act weird around that person, I just said that she looks good, I never said I always think of her (cause I don't) or even think about having a relationship with that person. So Mylotters here's my question "How would you differentiate love and crushes."

Love is when you get to know a person, and once you realize who they are with flaws and all you start to care about them very deeply. A crush is becoming infatuated with someone without the slightest idea who they are.

Pretty much, until you build up the courage to get to know the person.

Well, thanks for the answer, I really am confused about the difference between those 2 terms. A lot of definitions are given to me by my peers.
