hello friends, Recently i went to my grandfathers village, we stayed there for ten days. I went there after a long gap of five years. I feel very sad to say this, but i didn't visit my grandparents all these years ,because of lack of time, but others family members used to meet them. Now , when i met my grandparents after such along gap, i felt very excited, and i used to find each and every word/sentence spoken by them as very precious. After returning to my city, i remembered each and every word of them and its deeper meaning, no books or teachers can ever ,explain us about life the way our grandparents do. "EXPERIENCE IS THE HARDEST KIND OF TEACHER IT GIVES YOU THE TEST FIRST AND THE LESSON AFTERWARDS" mylotters what are your views on this , please share, am i wrong in thinking so?

hi prashu, thanks for the response, i am also just like other people worrying about my fate and luck, but after reading a translation of Telugu version book of "T Lobsong Rampa" i have changed my mind and left everything on fate and luck, if it is written in our luck or fate, surely we have to bare it,so spending life accordingly, have a nice day

No,you are not wrong, prashu.Instead, you are absolutely right. You are really fortunate to have your grandparents still with you and you can visit them any time. They have seen many ups and downs of life and learned from them. They can teach us what we can learn from nowhere.I have not seen my grandparents. They expired long ago.And now I have lost my parents as well. The teachings of my parents still keep guiding me whenever I am in trouble.

Hi prashu, I think that you are right and that experience is the best teacher. I know that I have learned much more from the experience of living than I ever did in school and I have heard others say the same. I feel that I learned a great great deal from my own father when I was growing up. I did not know my grandparents as they had passed away before I was born. Blessings.

Sometimes I think the only course to becoming mindful is to suffer the results of not being so. I'm glad you were able to visit your grandparents while they are still alive!
