It has reached the stage now that if a 'new' series from the States starts here in the UK my wife won't watch it because she is fed up with programmes being axed and story lines being left open. Angel may have had a lousy ending but at least the writers were warned it was finishing and had a chance to attempt to finish it. I believe both Josh Weedon and Eliza Dushku both said they would never work with Fox again after bad experience, they relented with Dollhouse and look what happened there. With Dresden the crew and cast finished the first season, took a break and then were told with no warning there would be no second season. It is hard following a new series these days because who knows if the story will ever be finished?

I sure agree about Dollhouse and wasn't happy with how the show ended with us left hanging. I was alright with Angel's ending, as clearly they wanted to move on and the show aired many seasons. Dresden was another that made me unhappy.

It's really annoying when that happens. Sometimes I'm even a bit nervous to watch a series premiere of a show because what if I end up loving the show but the network cancels it in the middle and I never find out what happens?
I remember a few years ago there was this one show called Traveller and it premiered during the summer and I watched the entire first season. It ended up being cancelled without warning and I was really bummed because the show left me with so many unanswered questions. I wish tv networks didn't do that to it's viewers. They can at least air just one more episode to give things closure. It would actually be a good idea for them to just record that extra episode and not air it unless they know the show will be cancelled.

There are several shows that did it to me and its really bad when I have been watching for years and its over without a conclusion. I think CSI Miami fans should be upset with that ending and we know it happened because nobody thought it would be canceled.
I'm not happy with the Monk ending, as felt a huge let down by the show. I had watched every episode even watched reruns and then one bad episode at the end. It was like they were to tired when they came to work that day.

Oh!? Heroes got cancelled without closure?! That's just sad. This is actually the main reason why I no longer go for the tv series because they can just leave you like that when they're not getting what they want!
I hate shows that just end without closure. I even hate shows that can't seem to decide if they're going to end or not. But what surprises me more are the shows that are obviously lame but still couldn't be shut down! hahaha..
Shows that I miss, hmmm.. CSI Miami! hehehe.. Right now, I'm watching "Once upon a time" I just hope this thing just ends well or ends with proper closing. But no big, I am not glued to it that much, I just watch on occasion.
Have a great Mylot experience ahead.

I don't miss too many as i don't really get into that many anymore and if I do it's like well I'll just watch something else or do something on the pc nowadays. I used to miss some of the shows when I watched TV more. I have not been able to watch much of my own choosing anyways here as the brother lives with me and he is like emotionally attached to the TV every night for 2 hours+ cause his room is a garbage dump upstairs where he sits in sometimes like a pig.
